TIME MANAGEMENT – SMOKING IN OFFICE

I see that in most offices people smoke without any concern for the fellow employees who work with them who are non-smokers. Additionally, considerable time is wasted by employees leave their work and go to the starcase/landing area to get the puff.

During my tenure in Dubai, I observe people not only go themselves for smoking but also calling other collegues by sign language to join them for company for smoking.

To avoid this smoking disturbance, I added a question: Do You Smoke? in the Data form when was to get two sub-ordinates. Naturally the answer given by them was NO although they were smoking. By the way you keep a check on the employee on smoking and wasting time at the cost of employers.
